These terms govern your use of MyWorkBase, a subscription software service provided by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13446812), registered office 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville PO7 7DT. By using MyWorkBase you agree to these terms.
MyWorkBase is a cloud-based (SaaS) application for quoting, invoicing, taking payment, and handling CIS and Making Tax Digital records. It runs in your web browser and can be installed to your device as a progressive web app.
You need an account to use MyWorkBase. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Paid features are available on confirmation of a valid subscription.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
You own the data you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having a lawful basis to store information about your own customers or subcontractors, for whom you act as data controller (see our Privacy Policy). We process it only to provide the service.
MyWorkBase helps you keep records and works out figures such as CIS deductions, but it is a tool, not an accountant or tax adviser. You remain responsible for your tax affairs and for what you file with HMRC, and we recommend you have your figures reviewed by your accountant.
We work hard to keep MyWorkBase available and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally need to carry out maintenance or update features.
MyWorkBase is offered on the following plans:
You can take the Free plan on its own, or add the MTD and/or Workforce Pro plans. Prices are in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. We may change our prices from time to time and will give you reasonable notice of any change to a paid plan you're on.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions continue until cancelled and renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase; you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We do not see or store your full card details.
If you're using MyWorkBase as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (where they apply) your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Note that where you ask us to begin providing a paid digital service immediately, your right to cancel may be limited once the service has started.
We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property in MyWorkBase and its content. Your subscription gives you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use MyWorkBase for your business — it doesn't transfer ownership.
We provide MyWorkBase with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We strongly recommend you keep your own copies of important records.
You can stop using MyWorkBase and cancel any paid plan at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when. Questions? Email info@azurydigital.co.uk.
